Easy Figure Fixes

Every woman has something about her body she'd like to hide, whether it's heavy thighs, a pudgy tummy or a too-round bottom. With just a few visual tricks, your problem areas will disappear and let your true beauty shine through!


Avoid anything too tight.
A-line skirts that hit around the knee area are ideal because they draw attention away from problem areas. Miniskirts are generally a bad idea because they accentuate heavy thighs.
Pant waists should fall somewhere below the natural waistline for a better fit. A straight or slightly bootcut leg is the most flattering. Avoid patterned or light-colored pants. Skip fussy details like big cargo pockets, rouching or excessive zippers around the hip area.
Shorts can be tricky, but for workouts and casual wear choose lightweight, loose-fitting shorts (no bike shorts). Slimming side stripes on shorts can give the illusion of sleekness.


Avoid too-baggy tops or too-tight tops: the looser tops will make you look large all over, the tight tops will make you look out of proportion to your hips. Look for fitted -- not skintight -- T-shirts (something with some stretch) and button-front tops. V-necks, turtlenecks and open collars all call attention to the face, which is always a good thing.
Jackets and blazers should hit anywhere but the widest point of your hips. That could mean right below the waist to mid-thigh, depending on your height. Wear jackets and blazers open for the best vertical lines.


Look for dresses that nip in at the waist and slightly flare out over hips and thighs.
You can pull off a full-skirted ballgown because it will hide heavy hips and thighs.
Try sleeveless and strapless dresses to play up pretty shoulders and arms.
An empire, or raised waist dress brings the eye up away from problem areas. Careful, though. Sometimes this gets mistaken for a maternity look with fuller figures.

Body basics for every figure

Wear colors that look great on you. Not sure what those are? Grab a trusted friend and head to the mall. Hold up tons of colors next to your face and get feedback from your friend. Hues that compliment most complexions: pink, blue, white (you'll just need to change the intensity of these colors to suit your coloring, i.e. hot pink for darker skins, carnation for fairer, ivory for olive tones, etc.)
Nobody looks good in high-waisted, pleated pants with narrow ankle openings, but manufacturers still turn these out in droves. Avoid!
Don't worry about being trendy when you look at what suits your figure: concentrate on what flatters, and add up-to-date shoes, handbags and accessories later.

So i started working out again---this time it's a for REAL work out what i mean by REAL work out is like i do everything! biceps,abs, triceps, etc. etc. etc. Honestly it is hard going back on what i used to do back then but it is worth it!.Summer time is coming and you guys know that we have to be ready every summer! Sexy outfits, swim wear, two piece set, one piece set are coming and i know that i have to be ready with it! yes sir! yessir! lol. by the way i start working out Friday, January 22, 2010 and oh yes! my body still hurts! i feel like it's burning in every part of my body! (that's a good thing though) that's when you know that the work out is working WELL on you!.. So after 3 hours working out in the gym i go straight to the "steam room" or "sauna" but oh my God! the steam room is my favorite! it's the BEST!! makes you feel so fresh! it also open up your pores, clears dead skins and it exfoliate your body and skin. isn't that awesome? and oops! it BURNS fat too!!...crazy right!!...but the other day i tried the "sauna" it was preety awesome! but really like the steam better!! i don't know why but yeah! let's move on...On my food, i stop drinking soda's i used to drink soda's everyday! and now i STOP drinking it!..and before i don't really eat breakfast but now i actually have those little granola crunch that i can munch every morning!..and every single time i feel like i'm hungry i just eat a little fruit such as 1/2 of banana, 1/2 cut of apple or some salad with light italian dressing. I also stop going to different fast food locations!..I also start drinking "organic milk 0% fat free" which is a miracle because i really hate drinking milk but it's good for your health and your bones especially i start lifting light weights to tone up my muscles. What i been up to??

Hey guys!!..I know i don't have much followers but i still want to share it to you guys because you guys are really important to me!...I am really busy in school, and working part-time. So many problems around but i guess i can get through it. I feel like i am locked out in a place that no one can see me and no one can hear me? why is that? maybe it's just me!..People see my mistakes and they judge you (which is not right) but i am used to it. I want to do what other people can, such as travel around the world, go to school (and finish it right away), go shop freely (i mean with no limits) but you guys know i quit being a shopaholic type of girl but still i need some new stuff, being able to chill with my old friends, spend time with my bessy, my family and the love of my life. I miss him so much even though he just drop me off like 5mins ago i still miss him. I want to spend more time with him but i can't. I've been busy taking care of these people that needed my help and i really care about. But sometimes, i think of myself and say "should i make time for my boyfriend" like some TIME. I only get to see him for like an hour, or so sometimes 35 mins and that's it. I just can get enough of him i love him so much!. The reason why im doing this is because i don't wanna lose this person! not like before i dont care about guys, but now i know this "ONE" has a meaning! like a serious meaning! and im happy!...If im with him i really really forget about my problems, stress etc etc. I feel like his my little therapy on getting away from stress! haha!! well i know it's a good thing!
I know he's not feeling alright with our situation, because my time is really LIMITED! and it sucks!..But babe' if your reading this-- i want you to know that i love you so much! and i miss you! ♥ I know that we just chill for a little bit and not really get to hang out for REAl! im sorry! but i know time will come and we'll get there!...and i just can't wait!... I LOVE YOU!

I love you bessy! ♥

Here's my best friend Maribeth, i miss her so much even though she's right next to me right now! lol she was gone for almost two weeks because of some problems and she needs to stay at the hospital that long! but i dont really want to talk about it anymore! all i need is her to be okay and healthy. I made a video for her, i showed it to her the day that she got released and i made her cry 'mission accomplished'! haha!...i never ever imagined myself singing in public specially youtube world can actually see and access it through world wide web! duh its in the computer!haha but oh well! i did it for her! and i cant believe i did it! im proud of myself haha! Well i just wanted to share it to you guys because every person is special and she is really special to me! <3

Forever 21 Haul

Yeepee!! Here's my forever 21 accessories haul! I am so excited!!...haha I totally love the Lips necklace and the earrings! I love shopping at forever 21 because it is so affordable and i love them!! I was with my boyfriend when i bought this accessories!!He was like "dang babe thats a lot of girly stuff" haha!! Oh boy!
